MJR School started in the Academic year 2008-09 for LKG to III Std with 90 students. The school is growing at a normal pace and now we have classes from Pre-KG to VII Standard with a total strength of 386 students. Every year we are adding one class. We have 30 Teaching and Non-Teaching staffs.

The school is located in an excellent environment with the coconut trees around in State Highways, at Veerangkuppam Village which is 6 Kms from Ambur town. Students from surrounding villages and towns are getting benefited from MJR school. Three School Buses are plying in around Ambur and covers up to 50 villages.

The students are trained in Academic as well as Co-Curricular and Extracurricular Activities. Parents Teachers meeting are conducted regularly to discuss the students output with the parents. Individual care is given to all the student in all activities.

The vision of the school is to offer high quality education irrespective of race, creed, social standing or economic status and by giving them the exposure to outer world and nurture them to face and compete the challenging and competitive world.

The founders of MJR School

The school founded by Mr. J. Ramesh, B.E and Mrs R. Amudha M.C.A, the two professionals who are into the technical background and having a vast experience in the IT Industry. They were keen on giving education to the underprivileged students. The main aim is to provide the strong foundation in education and provide the necessary platform for the students to shape their future.

The school aims in building a creative, disciplined and dynamic leaders of Tomorrow.

As per Avvaiyar saying “Kattradhu Kai Man Alavu, Kalladhadu Ulagu Alavu” the education is not limited only to the syllabus. The students are being taught in different fields, thoroughly and deeply. Mainly students are trained through hands on experience rather than mere theoretical inputs.

Every student receives individual and personal attention and the maximum comports possible. It is our endeavour to make education purposeful, meaningful and enjoyable experience.
